New and emerging infectious diseases, changing disease patterns, rising costs of healthcare – just some of the factors that add complexity to the health challenges the world is facing today. Many diseases do not stop at national borders, and most health problems have social, political and economic impact. These health challenges require extensive analysis from different points of view to develop innovative health interventions. In the Research Master’s programme in Global Health you will get to grips with the wider context of the health challenges that face us in the 21st century.
