MSc Applied Psychology


Course Description

This course allows students to obtain a postgraduate qualification in applied psychology:

Clinical and Health Psychology
Educational and Developmental Psychology

The course encourages students to study a specific area of psychology at an advanced level and provides sufficient skills and knowledge for advanced research or continuing onto to further vocational training in psychology practice.

Students will take ideas and materials from taught modules and apply these to studies within a particular research based framework, or engage productively with the notion of Applied Psychology as a specific discipline that has a role in contemporary professional practice.
