MSc Physical Activity and Population Health

Course Description

As physical inactivity is a major public health concern in developed countries, this interdisciplinary programme focuses on the promotion of public health, epidemiology for population health, leadership and management in promoting public health, psychological well-being, and the role of physical activity and nutrition in disease prevention.

Of interest to any professional with a background in health promotion, exercise and health, sport science, sport studies, physiotherapy, sports medicine and occupational therapy, it
aims to provide you with an expert overview of all aspects of physical activity promotion in the modern world.

Entry Requirements

Normally a second class honours degree (or equivalent) or higher in a related subject area
