Housing is a multidisciplinary field of study which cuts across a range of academic perspectives, public policy agendas, and government departments/agencies. The programme, which is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing, explores many topics that relate to the study of housing, including: analysis of the public policy framework; economics; law; management and leadership studies; housing management and policy; construction and procurement; planning, placemaking and urban design; regeneration and sustainability; sociology; politics and the environment.
