Master of Education (Educational Psychology)

Course Description

The Master of Education by coursework is designed to develop and support the careers of trained teachers who are teaching professionals, educational administrators, researchers and policymakers. The course does not lead to a professional teaching qualification. If you're seeking a professional teaching qualification and hold a bachelor's degree in another discipline, please refer to the Master of Teaching.

The Educational Psychology specialisation allows you to focus on the educational psychology of human learning, thinking, motivation and development. You will improve your understanding of educational psychology and learn how to apply this knowledge in educational contexts. Please note that the specialisation in educational psychology is not accredited by any psychological organisation and is not designed for those intending to become psychologists or school counsellors.
