Providing you with an education that is intellectually rigorous and up-to-date, this programme is specifically designed for the needs of future managers, executives and professionals in the hospitality industry.
The programme addresses, from an international perspective, the various elements of the hospitality industry and their interrelationships. You will graduate equipped with the skills to evaluate and analyse the international hospitality sector from a managerial, operational and organisational perspective.
The structure of our Euromasters programme gives you the chance to work on a placement in industry between the two years of study. This experience will not only help in the second year of the programme, but will also give students (particularly those with little prior work experience) a significant advantage in terms of employability upon graduation.
You will also, through the selection of optional modules, be able to tailor your education to your own particular interests or career aspirations. In addition, you will undertake a dissertation on a topic of your choice in your second year.
