Tourism and Hospitality MSc brings together theoretical and practical learning. You will develop a critical understanding of the global complexity and range of impacts of the tourism, hospitality and and events industries. You will examine hospitality as a global industry, looking at the industry’s impacts in terms of triple bottom line indicators (economic, socio-cultural and environmental), particularly in terms of ownership and employment practices.
Your final project will be an independent piece of work, in which you will critically apply the knowledge and skills you have acquired throughout the course to a tourism or hospitality related research project of your choosing.
