Secondary education courses are available in most subject areas. This programme provides training for those wishing to teach the 11 to 18 age range. Training for the QTS award is for 11 to 16 in accordance with organisation of education locally. Depending on your background, you will be recruited to a main curriculum subject group. You will learn how to plan, teach and assess and how to organise and manage a classroom. Extensive supervised school experience will be provided during your study.
