About the course
How do you combine business acumen and financial investment with real innovation to create a successful product or service? This course draws on the expertise of entrepreneurs to give you valuable insights.
You’ll learn how entrepreneurship operates within organisations and in different parts of the world. There are opportunities to put your ideas into action through University of Sheffield
Enterprise (USE) or through project work with an external organisation.
There are field visits, workshops and lectures from special guests. You could also apply to spend the summer at another leading university overseas.
Our graduates work for companies such as Adidas, ASDA, Boots, ExxonMobil, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Pepsico International, Sainsbury’s and Vodafone. Their job titles include Head of Business Enhancement, Management Consultant, Product Marketing Manager, Web Marketing Consultant and Campaign Manager.
An MBA can help you change direction or progress faster within your organisation. A specialist MSc can take you into a particular field of management such as human resources, finance or marketing. You might be inspired to set up a company of your own.
