'I was attracted to come and study at the University of Reading because of the international recognition and reputation that the University and the School of Economics has earned as a centre for excellence in research and learning.
Additionally, the University is situated in a beautiful, scenic, safe and green environment while the school has a wide range of courses to choose from and unusual module combinations giving me the necessary flexibility I needed.
The course provided rigorous and relevant training with the right mix of modules necessary for sound education required to work in an international context as a professional economist
The University of Reading attracts a lot of students from all over the world, thus is a multicultural centre which provides students with excellent opportunities to network and learn with people from different backgrounds making it truly an international institution
Fantastic library and learning facilities, and support from teaching and support staff and fellow students coupled with personal discipline helped me cope with the demands of the course.
Support by both the teaching and support staff was fantastic. Without the reception, warm welcome and support of the staff, my stay would have not been so wonderful and enriching
The programme is tailored in such a way as to help meet the challenges demanded by portfolios in international organisations, government and academia.'
