You know where you want to be but you don’t have the right skills to get there yet. The MSc Management can help you make the jump from successful graduate to creative manager.
Whether you want to run your own company, change the business environment from within or contribute to solving the world’s problems, we can give you the skills you need. That’s why the MSc Management is different.
Most management courses will give you a strong foundation in the basics of business. Very few also guide you through understanding issues such as sustainability, social responsibility and social entrepreneurship, enabling you to reflect on the way businesses think and impact on society.
We believe that people learn best when they can understand the theory driving an issue and can see the practical applications of what they’re studying. Our MSc Management isn’t just about lectures and assignments, we also give you challenging group projects to test your thinking, your teamworking skills and help you apply your knowledge to contemporary business issues.

This 30 credit project will be based on allocation to an internally designed case study. A small number of cases are available enabling you to work in smaller groups. By focussing on a particular case study in detail, you will gain a deeper appreciation of the types of real-world, practical problems faced by managers. The module will build upon and integrate knowledge and skills from previous modules and will combine structured and independent learning.
You work in groups and individually on a contemporary case study that allows you to reflect on everyday challenges faced by managers. The project builds on the skills and knowledge you’ve gained and allows you to make the connection between academic study and genuine business practice. It also showcases your management and research skills and demonstrates how these can be applied in the real world.
