MA Political Science (Research Route)


Course Description

This is an ESRC-recognised programme with three pathways: (1) Governance & Public Policy, (2) European Politics & Policy; (3) Political Theory. Applicants must choose ONE of these pathways.

Course content includes the philosophy of sociall sciences, qualitative and quantitative analyses and dissertation research design plus two compulsory and two optional course units in one of the three subject pathways.

Assessment is by class presentations, essays and 12-15,000 word dissertation
