The Globalisation, Development and Place research group currently focuses on how global processes shape and are reconfigured by regional and place-based practices.
The Environmental Change groups concentrate their efforts on the validation of proxy records of environmental change, and on applications in understanding the response of environmental processes to past environmental changes.
Population Studies research group tend to focus their activities more sharply on questions related to health and mortality conditions, welfare provision and household structures in a wide variety of environments using a distinctly comparative methodology.
Minimum 2:2 (Hons) in an appropriate field of study. IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL equivalent
