The Institute for European Legal Studies offers an LL.M. in European Competition and IP law. The course boasts a team of eminent practitioners and academics in the field. Tailored to the needs of the profession, the LL.M. provides practical training in two highly specialised fields of law, so that students are prepared for immediate entry into a demanding, international workforce. Taught jointly in English and French, this bilingual LL.M. offers to students the opportunity to acquire efficient law-related language skills, in line with the requirements of most EU Institutions. To follow the LL.M. programme, a sound working knowledge of French and English languages is indispensable.The LL.M. in European Competition and IP law is open to all applicants holding either a Bologna Master’s degree or a degree that is deemed equivalent by the admission commission. This degree is also opened to students with degreesfrom business schools, subject to a decision from the admission commission.
