The Leicester MBA by distance learning provides you with the skills necessary to become an adept manager in today’s global business environment. As well as the Leicester MBA, you will also be awarded a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

You have the option to gain an MBA with a named specialism in Human Resource Management, Finance or Marketing. To do this, you must complete specific option modules.

A first or second class honours degree (or equivalent) from a recognised institution. In addition, you must have at least three years’ relevant work experience in a supervisory, managerial or professional role. We also encourage applications from managers with nine to ten years of relevant experience but without formal qualifications, or those who have completed the University of Leicester's Diploma in Management or Professional Diploma in Management (no longer running).You must also meet the University's English language requirements (e.g. IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
