Strategy is the cornerstone of every business. It provides the overall direction of the organisation, while defining its relationship with both the internal and external environment. In today’s competitive global marketplace, strategists are constantly challenged to find innovative ways to link an organisation’s resources and capabilities with the opportunities that will secure sustainable performance.
Our MSc Strategic Management in the Global Environment helps you appreciate the importance of strategy for businesses and the skills required to compete globally. You will develop a unique blend of skills, master analytical tools and techniques, and understand how to formulate and implement strategy in the global arena.
The programme is delivered by a team of internationally recognised academics and business practitioners. You will benefit from our expertise in strategic organisation, decision-making, business analytics, international business and economics.
This programme builds on the Business School's expertise in strategic organisation, decision-making, business analytics, international business and economics, and the Business School's strong corporate links.
