MA Leadership in Education and Public Services


Course Description

If you're currently in a position of responsibility either in the education or public service sector and would like to take on more of a leadership role, then this course could be for you.You'll focus on developing your own effectiveness as a manager by considering wider theories, research and strategies whilst also developing your skills as a leader. A further key component is the ability to exchange and share learning with others - our course attracts students working in a wide range of disciplines and organisations.The course could help you to progress into middle and senior management roles.

Entry Requirements

An honours degree at 2:2 or above or professional equivalent and 2 years full-time experience in a professional role in Education or a related area.Applicants whose first language is not English will need to meet the minimum requirements of an English Language qualification. The minimum of IELTS 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, will be considered acceptable, or equivalent.
