This will enhance your career development within the HR profession and give you Associate Membership of the CIPD, enabling you to apply for Chartered Membership when you become an established practitioner.

A good first degree from a UK university or equivalent qualification or postgraduate qualification. On an exceptional basis, applicants with appropriate professional qualifications and/or experience will be admitted on a case-by-case basis to enable them to achieve the award.All applicants will be invited to interview as part of the application process.Non-UK qualifications will be checked for equivalence. Applicants whose first language or language of instruction is not English will need to meet the minimum of IELTS 6.5 overall with no element lower than 6.0, or equivalent.
