Course Description

The programme is aimed at those who have an organisational responsibility for human resources at an operational, tactical or strategic level and want to enhance the opportunities for professional and career development.

The main aim of this programme is to enable you to successfully perform effectively as a human resource professional by developing the knowledge, skills and competence required to be an astute and capable HR practitioner.

Through detailed study of business and human resource management (HRM), it offers a balance between the relevant academic concepts, theoretical frameworks and academic knowledge and practical knowledge and skills.

The programme is designed to provide an overall strategic perspective on human resource management and is structured to offer you the opportunity to select areas of specialism.
