This part-time MA programme is designed to emphasise the responsibility of all clinical practitioners to support the development and leadership capacity of colleagues and improving patient care, patient experience and innovation in service delivery.
Throughout the course, you will maintain a portfolio to document your progress and demonstrate your achievement with relation to the NHS Clinical Leadership Framework. The three year programme will explore areas of study including management of yourself, others and services, best practice and a final year dissertation.

Open to aspiring clinical leaders with a good first degree in a health care profession (min 2.2 or equivalent). Applicants with current registration as a health professional with an appropriate professional statutory regulatory body, and at least 2 years work experience, will also be considered. The support of your employing organisation is also needed to undertake this MA as part of PDR/PDP process.
