You will build the skills you need to conduct serious and complex investigations from the start to the end of a case. You will learn through practical experience, underpinned by ethical and critical masters level study, meeting UK accreditation standards.
You will learn in our state-of-the-art law facilities, which include full-size family and crown courtrooms, interview suites, a Crime Scene House and forensic crime laboratory – their high standard means that they are regularly used for training police officers, detectives and forensic experts.
An undergraduate degree (2:2 or above) in criminology or a related subject such as criminology, criminal justice, policing, sociology, psychology and economics. We also welcome applicants who have substantial and relevant professional experience but do not have a degree.International students should have the above or an international equivalent. If English is not your first language, you will need to hold IELTS 6.5 or above.
