MSc International Business and HRM

Course Description

• You will develop a deep knowledge and understanding of business and human resource management operations in an international context
• Acquire the personal and employment skills you need for a successful career in business or HR, nationally or internationally
• You will attend our industry standard Residential Leadership Weekend and you can work towards our University of Derby Futures Award in Leadership in International Business.

It is designed to give you a deep knowledge and understanding of business analysis and strategy in a global context and it expertly develops your skills in evaluating HRM operations and strategy in international organisations.

Our teaching team uses a mixture of lectures, group work, discussions, workshops, case-study analysis, practical data analysis and personal networking, supported by specific guidance on study texts, online study materials and the use of blended learning.

Entry Requirements

An undergraduate degree (2:2 or above) in a relevant area including: business, economics, management, HRM, or another degree with sufficient relevant business experience.International students should have the above or an international equivalent. If English is not your first language, you will need to hold IELTS 6.5 or above.
