MSc International Business and Finance

Course Description

• This course adopts a multidisciplinary approach to international business, giving you a chance to study applied analysis in economics, finance, strategy, law, marketing, and human resources
• As a postgraduate student at Derby Business Schol you will have access to the Bloomberg service for study and research and the potential to publish your research
• You will attend our industry standard Residential Leadership Weekend and you can work towards our University of Derby Futures Award in Leadership in International Business.

The MSc International Business and Finance is designed to develop a deep knowledge and understanding of business and finance operations in an international context, as well as providing the personal and employment skills appropriate for a career in business or financial management, in either an international business or the financial sector.

You will be part of a highly diverse international student cohort which will enhance your understanding of cultural diversity and international business awareness. You will also receive dedicated support and advice from a personal tutor as well as access to a first class professional career service even after graduating.

Entry Requirements

An undergraduate degree (2:2 or above) in a relevant area including: business, economics, management, accounting or finance, or another degree with relevant business experience. International students should have the above or an international equivalent. If English is not your first language, you will need to hold IELTS 6.5 or above.
