Our highly-committed and effective tutors will support you in studying two modules at masters level, reflecting the very high standards achieved by students on this course. You'll learn to articulate, defend and amend your personal view of the role of PE in primary school, and enjoy the support and excellent teaching and resources to allow you to advance into a successful career as a PE teacher.
Over half the course will be spent working with children on assessed placement, with school-based enrichment activities alongside your university-based study. You'll take three placements across a variety of schools and settings, building a wealth of experience to help advance your future career.
We want to help develop students who are committed to becoming a good teacher, not just those with superior physical prowess. We welcome applications from across the activity spectrum, bringing a great range of experience to the teaching group that will help enhance everybody's learning.
