Course Description

Work Based & Integrative Studies is an innovative programme that enables professionals to get credit for their expertise and to substantially build it - without disruption to their work commitments.

Participants choose a selection of workshop-based modules, online modules and work based project modules to suit their personal and professional needs and aspirations - an approach commended by the UK's higher education quality and funding agencies.

Professionals can study areas such as: Leadership, Business, Project Management, Coaching, Conflict Transformation, Negotiation, Mediation and Communication Skills, Change Management, Appreciative Inquiry, as well as Nursing and Health and Social Care Studies.

Entry Requirements

We expect learners to either have an undergraduate degree, or have developed exceptional work-based skills through experience.
