Management with Information Systems

Course Description

This is a pathway within the MSc Management Programme.

This pathway is designed to enable participants to develop a breadth and depth of understanding of the key aspects of information and information systems, how they impact on contemporary organisations and why they concern all managers. Students who take this pathway will gain an understanding of systems theory, the importance of managing information systems, strategic planning and information technology, supply chain management and the role of the internet, e-business and e-marketing for modern businesses and web-based customer relationship management.
