Management with HRM

Course Description

This is a pathway within the MSc Management Programme.

This pathway closely mirrors the Professional Standards of the UK Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development which is the worlds leading body of HR professionals. Students will gain an understanding of the strategic contribution of HRM to achieving sustainable competitive advantage for the corporation, the comparative legal context of employment, resourcing and performance management, reward and recognition, learning and development, and employee relations.The international and cross-cultural issues that are of particular significance in the management of people are also explored.
