MSc Physiotherapy Professional Practice

Course Description

Our innovative MSc Physiotherapy Professional Practice provides qualified Physiotherapists with a chance to study full-time or part-time, tailoring the course to their areas of clinical interest, whilst developing key clinical skills and enhancing employability, through modules which may include placements and other CPD opportunities. This programme focuses on contemporary clinical practice with a strong emphasis on understanding the evidence base and working with other Health Professionals, to ensure an optimal outcome for patients and practitioners. There are 3 core modules which develop skills in critical enquiry, measurement and reporting of clinical outcomes, the remainder of your study is flexible. Teaching is delivered in blocks of study days interspersed with time for independent study. To accompany the study days, extensive use of the University's Blackboard Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) allows you to work at a time and a location which is best for you.
