The MSc Finance and Investment programme aims to provide you with a rigorous and challenging postgraduate education experience leading to the award of a Masters degree. This intensive 12-month programme offers you a range of key benefits, each of which will contribute to your development into an effective professional or manager working in a finance and investment context. You will:
- apply the latest thinking on finance and investment to the analysis of the key problems being experienced by the world's major businesses and financial institutions - develop a thorough understanding of finance and investment, both from a theoretical and applied perspective - use state-of-the-art IT software to engage in financial modelling - undertake your own postgraduate research work into a topic within the field of finance and investment that has interest and relevance to your future career
A recognised university undergraduate honours degree, with at least a Lower Second Class classification, or a professional qualification deemed to be equivalent. For students where English is not their first language or where their degree has not been studied in the English language, a score of at least 6.5 on IELTS (or equivalent) is required.
