MA/PGDip/PGCert Music Industry Management and Promotion

Course Description

MA Music Industry Management and Promotion is intended for people who wish to work within the music industry. It provides an opportunity to study the music business at postgraduate level and to get real hands-on experience of working within the industry. Students will combine their academic studies with a placement in a commercial music industry institution working on real world projects. The course offers industrial experience which will involve working in the Factory 251 venue in Manchester, providing contact with significant industry figures connected with this culturally important company. Alternatively, it may be open to students to use their own current industry work to satisfy the work experience element if appropriate.

Visit the MA/PGDip/PGCert Music Industry Management and Promotion page on the University of Central Lancashire website for more details!

Entry Requirements

We welcome students with qualifications in subjects across the music spectrum. We prefer you to have achieved the equivalent of a first/higher second-class honours Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant field of study.
