The Master of Laws (LLM Law) course allows students to choose from a wide range of international and English law specialist subjects, the course attracts candidates who seek a programme that offers them the flexibility to tailor their studies to their academic and professional interests. The 15 credit modules enables students to develop a unique 'bespoke' degree to suit their career needs, reflecting the increasing demand for specialist in the sector. Further, because many of the modules have an international dimension, the LLM law course has proven to be of great interest to overseas candidates. Candidates come from a range of professional backgrounds including government, private and corporate sectors, and also attracts students who wish to progress onto an LLM directly after undergraduate studies.

The Brunel International Scholarships and Academic Excellence Scholarships (Postgraduate)
The Brunel International Scholarship Programme is an annual award run by the Brunel International office that is open to all international students. Its goal is to provide financial support to exceptional students. Scholarship holders will go on to represent Brunel as ambassadors throughout their time at the University. The deadline for applying for the 2014/15 programme is 25 May 2014 and all applicants will be notified of the panel's decision by the middle of July.For 2014/15, thanks to the generosity of Brunel’s alumni and supporters, we are pleased to be able to offer 37 awards, which will comprise a 15% discount on the cost of tuition fees. These awards are open to Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research students who are classed as overseas for fee purposes. International Scholarship on application, and the Academic Excellence Scholarship - you must have first class undergraduate degree from a UK University, either in the UK or abroad.
A second class undergraduate honours law degree or equivalent to be considered for admission. Relevant professional qualifications or experience may be considered adequate and will be reviewed by the admissions tutor.
