MSc Education - Systems Learning and Leadership

Course Description

The global recession has sent waves through the world's economy, impacting on work-based learning, education and the third sector. Organisational resilience is a key to the survival of many private businesses and public sector and voluntary sector organisations, including schools.

This programme is designed to help leaders identify and develop their personal learning power, harness the collective intelligence of your teams and organisation, and undertake systems designing and authentic enquiry as a vehicle for networked improvement. Being 'enquiry-led', the programme is highly engaged and practical. Each assignment and the dissertation are aligned to a practical challenge in your organization, thus contributing to your professional role and purpose.

The programme gives you the opportunity to grow, stretch and learn, both academically and professionally. It helps you to develop flexible, resilient and confident leadership skills, and equips you to lead change and create powerful work-based learning opportunities for your team and organization.
