Management (Entrepreneurship) MSc

Course Description

Course overview

The Management (Entrepreneurship) MSc is a one-year professional taught masters degree.

It is an innovative alternative to an MBA for graduates of any subject – with or without work experience – who are looking to develop their entrepreneurial abilities within the corporate world. It is also suitable for those who are looking to start their own business.

The course combines MSc studies in management with specialist studies in entrepreneurship to follow your strengths and career interests, leading to a masters degree with 'Entrepreneurship' in the title to signal your specialist interest and knowledge.

Course content

Term 1: international leadership and management; international marketing management; management strategy environment; and managing organisational behaviour.

Term 2: international management integration: entrepreneurship (includes workshops and tutor-led study visit to another European country); managing operations and systems; accounting for managers; and international strategy management.

Term 3: entrepreneurship and new venture planning. Students will also undertake workshops, a final project and an additional module from a range of options.
