Environmental Assessment and Management MSc

Course Description

The Masters degree programme in Environmental Assessment and Management has been designed to enable practitioners and graduates to gain the skills needed to apply tools and processes, including environmental impact assessment, environmental management and auditing systems, to real world situations. The course benefits from its flexibility, providing participants with the opportunity to take optional modules in a wide range of complementary disciplines, including GIS and Water Resources and Health. The taught programme (120 credits) is modular and delivered over two semesters. In addition, the Masters project (60 credits) enables students to work with a substantial level of independence.
