Human Resounces and Organization

Course Description

Why do firms perform better than others?

We will discover that companies’ performance relies on how top-management teams formulate and implement strategies, how organizations are designed in order to exploit the potential of technologies, and how people collaborate to innovate products and services. Organizations and people are at the center of the stage, both in the world economy and in this program.

The MHRO is a full-time (and full-experience) English program, which aims to prepare graduates from any discipline to master organizational design and human resources management challenges in multicultural contexts.

This program is both a Master of Science and Master of Practice, so to speak. While the academic excellence is assured by international-focused Academic Professors, you will have the opportunity to address different issues working with managers all along the year.

The Master in Organization & Human Resources Management is a 12-month full-time. The academic part is divided into two terms and final internship/ project wok period:

• First term: December 2016 - April 2017
