The Institute for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Dynamics (IBED) offers a state-of-the-art Master's programme in Ecology and Evolution. The aim of the programme is to promote understanding of

Ecology and Evolution is a track of the Master's programme in Biological Sciences. The Master's programme in Biological Sciences has been accredited by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO). This means that upon successful completion of the programme, students will receive a Master's degree in Biological Sciences and the title of Master of Science (MSc).
Applicants must hold a Dutch Bachelor of Science degree or its equivalent in Biology, Environmental Sciences, Physical Geography, Physics, Mathematics and Econometrics or Earth Sciences. Please note, each specialisation may have its own specific admission requirements. The quality and suitability of each applicant will be assessed prior to admission.
