Cognitive Science (MA and MSc)

Course Description

Cognitive Science is the interdisciplinary study of minds, brains and behaviour. At University College Dublin, we offer a one year taught masters degree in Cognitive Science. A diverse range of associated faculty also supervises both masters by research and PhD studies in Cognitive Science. We offer a one year (12 months) taught masters degree, in which students take 9 months of courses and complete a substantial research project. The degree is ideal for anyone interested in issues relating to the understanding of the human mind from philosophical, psychological, and computational perspectives. Advanced computational skills are not a pre-requisite, but some familiarity with computers will be assumed.
