Comprised of many special options in focused areas of the Classical, Byzantine, Medieval, Renaissance, Early Modern and Modern and Contemporary periods, the MA History of Art welcomes about 120 students per year and provides students with the opportunity to hone and develop their research skills and knowledge of the subject. Special options vary from year to year, and graduates often go on to complete a PhD.
A good 2.1 (or international equivalent) in a humanities subject. Language skills are sometimes necessary depending on desired special option.
