This dynamic course has been developed for human resources management (HRM) practitioners who wish to gain the qualifications for professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
The course is aimed those looking to study on a part-time basis. Upon completing this course, you'll be equipped with substantial knowledge of contemporary HRM theory and the ability to apply that knowledge to real-life situations. We also offer MSc Management with Human Resources for those wishing to study full-time.

£3,000 tuition fee reduction (£1,000 per year of study).This scholarship is available for any UK or EU applicants for the MSc Professional Development (Human Resources Management) who are studying part-time.When you apply for this scholarship, you need to demonstrate that you have an outstanding academic profile - you need a minimum of a second-class honours (2i) degree (or equivalent) - and you’ll be asked to provide a personal profile outlining why you should be considered for this award.

BU Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship - Most promising postgraduate (Master's) applicant
The BU Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship for the most-promising postgraduate (Master’s) applicant will be awarded to a UK or EU student who has already completed an undergraduate degree with us.As well as assessing your academic achievements, the awarding committee will also consider the personal statement you submit with your application. This needs to demonstrate that you are an outstanding applicant for a BU postgraduate course.If you are successful, you will be notified within one month of the closing date for applications. Your scholarship can't be formally approved until you hold an unconditional firm (UF) offer with BU.
