Social Work: Management of Social and Well-Being Facilities

About This Masters Degree

Course Description

Many of the professionals that act in the Social domains (cooperatives, mutual benefit societies, associations), namely in the sectors of privileged intervention of the social solidarity institutions, do not possess academic competences in management, although they are frequently asked to assume responsibilities in this field.
This gap is highlighted by the fact that if we consider corporate structures, holders of such competences and that have been investing in social areas in the last years, through banks, insurance companies and lucrative companies, with clear levels of public acceptance and social efficiency.
