About This Masters Degree
The general aim of this program is to prepare students to work in the field of social and organizational psychology, contributing to organizations ability to respond to the current contexts of globalization and social and environmental problems.
This context, in which groups and organizations are nested and act, has strong implications for the diversity and complexity of behaviors, social contexts and relationships between individuals, groups and organizations. The Master's Program aims to provide a specialized training for the study of behavioral phenomena in organizational and broader social context, as well as for the application of work psychology to companies and other institutions, such as public entities or NGOs.
The applicants must hold a 1st Cycle Degree in Psychology.
