About This Masters Degree
At present, the activities of the environmental engineers extend to the most varied areas and fields of social interest, ranging from politics to technology, economics and management. There are very few specific fields or sectors of the economic activity that presently neglect the positive contribute of Environmental Engineering to their progress and development. This Master Programme aims to train specialized managers by facilitating them specific technical and scientific competencies to intervene at the different levels and contexts in the classic domains of environmental engineering, in componais, State and autharquies and in international or regional organizations, such as the case of European Union, European Environment Agency or the Community of Portuguese Speaking countries (CPLP).
The following may apply for the Master's Degree: a) People who hold a B.A. or equivalent degree; b) People who hold a foreign academic degree awarded after a 1st study cycle organized according to the Bologna Process by a member state of that process; c) People who hold a foreign academic degree acknowledged as a degree satisfying the objectives of the graduate degree by the due body; d) People who have a school, scientific or professional curriculum acknowledged by the due body of ULHT certifying the capacity to obtain this study cycle.
