Master of Science in Digital Marketing & CRM

Course Description

The main objective of the program is to prepare future managers to work in Digital Marketing and CRM, two rapidly emerging & complementary marketing fields that represent new ways of conducting marketing and improving relationships with clients.

The focus of the Master of Science in Digital Marketing and CRM is to acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge of digital marketing and be able to analyze and exploit customer databases.

Students will also gain an understanding of the importance of managing customer relationships in a day-to-day business environment.

Accredited with the French National Association of Grandes Ecoles (La Conférence des Grandes Ecoles).

The Master of Science in Digital Marketing program is offered on a full time basis and the curriculum is developed around core courses and specialized courses in Digital Marketing and CRM. It also includes French or other foreign language courses.

The Master of Science in Digital Marketing and CRM outlines the management and marketing essentials needed to become efficient marketing managers.

In the light of the changes brought by internet, the program focuses on the fundamentals of doing business online helping students understand online consumer behaviour, how to develop effective websites, how to optimise digital strategy and communication across various channels and how to integrate new innovation.

MSc in Digital Marketing Curriculum -

The program helps students use new digital information systems and manage databases correctly in order to improve customer relationships which will consequently enhance the decision-making process and benefit the company.

Admission & Fees

The choice to study abroad is not only an academic decision, but also a financial one. Students need to be aware of the various cost involved in pursuing a master’s at IÉSEG.

Application process -

Admission is based on students’ online application available at https://application.ieseg.fr/ and the examination of the required documents. Admission is offered on an ongoing basis to qualified students. Decision release date: from Mid-October 2016.

Application deadlines:
May 26th 2017

Tuition 2017-2018:
€ 15,000 for domestic and international students.
International merit-based scholarships are available.

Funding and scholarship -

IÉSEG has a merit-based International Scholarship Program with a tuition waiver of 15 to 50% per year. Selection is based on the applicant’s previous academic performance and overall application portfolio.

The scholarship application is automatic; students do not need to apply separately.

All international students are encouraged to check with Campus France and their own government to see if there are any scholarships available. For American students please check with Sallie Mae for private loan options.

Entry Requirements

Master of Science in Digital Marketing & CRM is open to candidates with an undergraduate degree preferably in business related areas or Engineering from a recognized university and with a command of English (IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 85 IBT, TOEIC 800). Other educational backgrounds will be considered case by case.
