Throughout this degree you will become increasingly immersed into the world of legal systems. Recognised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Standards Board, this QLD covers the key pillars of legal knowledge. A successful lawyer is able to apply legal knowledge to a complex situation and provide a well-reasoned solution.
During each level you will explore the core principles of Law. Once you have this core theory under your belt, you will be able to tailor your studies by choosing two out of the four optional modules.

Year 2 (Level 5)

Assessments are designed to provide you an opportunity to demonstrate your strengths in a number of ways and so a variety of methods are used, these could include:

To support your development and ensure you are on the right track with your studies we will provide you with tutor feedback on every assessment you submit.
If required, your tutor may be able to give you suggestions and tips for improvement and help you understand how to apply your newly acquired skills into real life settings.
This course has standard entry requirements. To be eligible for this course through the standard entry requirements you must have either: Two subjects at GCSE A level or equivalent, plus passes at grade C or above in three subjects at GCSE level or equivalent; or Completed a recognised Access Programme or equivalent. For students whose prior learning was not taught in English- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
