This programme is designed to deliver an advanced study of organisations, their management and the changing external context in which they operate. Core skills will allow you to get an overview of management structures, people, process knowledge management, operations, and process, then you will be able to specialise in an area of interest.

The School of Business and Management is rapidly building a strong reputation for our distinctive approach, in particular our focus on the inter-disciplinary nature of business and management. The School entered the RAE for the first time in 2008 with outstanding success, ranking joint 25th out of 90 Business Schools. This result is the highest ever recorded first-time entry.

* Innovation needs to happen at every level in industry at each stage; strategic, delivery and product * Graduates of this course will be perfectly equipped to assist with managing the innovation process in companies and will be highly sought after * Graduates will learn how to think critically about business and the innovation process, which are necessary to continue developing each company * Students' problem solving ability in the business environment will also be developed
You will have access to postgraduate only facilities which include the Lock-keeper's Cottage Graduate Centre dedicated solely to the use of graduate students in the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, with the use of a common room and interdisciplinary training workshops.
You will also have access to Queen Mary's comprehensive libraries and The British Library can be accessed as a research resource.
A good upper second class honours degree or equivalent in any subject. Professional experience and expertise will also be considered.For non-native English speakers, IELTS 7.0 or equivalent, is required.
