Charlotte Fortune

"The course was really interesting coming from a non-cognate background. I liked the breadth of modules available since I got a mix of valuation and more construction-based modules. Most of the academics are very good, having stories and examples of projects they'd worked on in industry.

"I found part-time study a good option; starting the course and job with no prior knowledge, by the second year I had learned so much which I could apply to my univeristy coursework. I also had the advantage of using what I learned at work and the contacts and advice from partners etc to put into my coursework and especially my dissertation"
