Designed to meet the needs of busy professionals, the programme is available fully on-line and supported by a range of optional individual guidance tutorials and workshop sessions. These can be face to face with tutors here in Newcastle or on-line via Skype.

Indeed, the MBA conversion programme is specifically designed for those with work experience who can demonstrate how your previous learning from your studies here with us have been subsequently applied in the workplace.

You would be required to complete a portfolio which reflects on the following areas:
- An analysis of current strengths and weaknesses compared with those from the time of graduation from your master programmes.

- A reflective report on how your learning from your Master degree programmes has informed and supported your professional development as a strategic manager or leader in areas such as strategic analysis, change management, strategic decision making, managing human resources, financial management and other specialist areas of your degree).

- A personal development for the next 12 months based on critical self-analysis with focus on your development priorities and objectives.

Newcastle Business School has an excellent track record of supporting work based leaners with a dedicated team of academic and support staff who will work with you in the development of your portfolio.

Additionally, alongside gaining a prestigious MBA award, the programme has also been recognised by the Chartered Management Institute and also provides you with a Level Seven qualification in Leadership and Management from this internationally recognised professional body. Furthermore, you may also be eligible to gain Chartered Member status with the Chartered Management Institute upon completion of the award.
