Our International Human Resource Management MA has been designed in response to demand for a specialist Master's that addresses the issues involved in the management of people across international borders. It provides graduates from any background the skills to pursue an international management career.

The course aims to provide you with an understanding of the principal internal and external environment contexts of contemporary organisations, the impact of cross cultural organisations on human resource (HR) functions, employment relations perspectives and debates, both national and international, from a theoretical and behavioural competency perspective, variations in human resource management (HRM) practice in different nation states, and major contemporary research evidence on employment and effective approaches to HR learning and development practice.
A 2:1 honours degree or international equivalent.We will also consider your application on an individual basis if you have lower or non-standard qualifications and a minimum of two years continuous work experience in a relevant field. To study this course you need to meet our Band 6 English Language requirements: Direct Entry: IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in all sub-skills) If you have lower English Language scores, you may be accepted onto a Pre-sessional English Language course.
