Course Overview

Our E-Business (Information Systems) MSc will build on your existing computing-related studies to develop advanced e-business skills. You will learn how to excel using both the technical and business elements of e-business in any function of a company, from Internet operations to internal systems and even your own venture.

The E-Business (Information Systems) MSc is delivered by two world-class Schools at Newcastle: The Newcastle University Business School and the School of Computing Science.

E-business success combines leading technologies, long-term business strategies, entrepreneurial capacity to implement strategies through technology and the alignment of peoples' behaviour inside and outside the organisation.

Entry Requirements

Normally a 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent, in a discipline with computing content, such as: computing science, software engineering, systems engineering, electronic engineering or mathematics.If your first language is not English you need an overall IELTS score of 6.5 (with at least 6.0 in all sub-skills).
