Employee Relations MA, PGDip, PGCert

Course Description

Course overview

Our new Employee Relations course is innovative in the way it has been designed by industry and flexible in the way it is delivered part time. Focusing on employment relationships, you will learn how to develop and enhance employability and contributions to the workplace.

The course has been designed and developed with large employers and unions who are members of the Employee Relations Institute. Through this unique collaboration, you will develop the understanding and skills needed to enhance your employability and contributions to the workplace.

The course offers a unique educational opportunity for anyone concerned with the development of effective workplace relations in their workplace.

It seeks to draw together a shared understanding of this relationship from the major stakeholder groups within an organisation.

Our current students are all from large organisations and trade unions.
